Hey there. We’re looking for an easy going, trustworthy housemate to live with in our modern, new-build home.

- Large modern kitchen with informal dining area, great cooking appliances and high-end espresso machine.
- Sitting room with 75" TV plus formal dining
- We have a cute cat called Beau ^.^ and would be fine with other cat owners (other kinds of pets probably wouldn’t be suitable i’m afraid)

- The house is a short walk from Lloyd and Coombe Park, which have amazing views over Surrey and central London.
