I have a double room to rent in a new build flat in East Croydon. The room consists of built in wardrobes and a double bed. The flat has a shared bathroom, living kitchen area and roof terrace. I am looking for a clean, tidy, professional and respectful housemate.
I enjoy socialising with a glass of wine or two (possibly more at the weekends) but also need my sleep, therefore I am looking for someone who is easygoing and sociable but also respectful of the home! If you are easy going and fun then we will get on great!
The flat has only recently been finished.
The rent is £475 per calendar month on a Monday to Friday rental inclusive of bills.
