We have two fantastic double rooms for one person to rent in a shared house very close to East Croydon Train Station. The rooms are fully furnished, but you can bring your own furniture if you prefer.

The house has a large communal living room with a lovely fireplace which adds personality and ambience to the house, fully equipped kitchen, back garden and laundry.

The house is very well located with East Croydon Train Station only 5 minutes walk, or 1 tram stop away! There is also a Sainsbury’s Local nearby, and a large Sainsbury’s with great prices only 5 tram stops away!

The station has easy access to London Bridge and London Victoria (15min to both of them) and lots of other destinations.

You will also have the Lebanon Road Tram Stop less than 30 seconds walk away from your house!

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 singles but you will only be sharing it 3 other people. 1 Young, friendly, easy going professional couple and another single professional.

The room is only available for single person only.

Bills are not included in the rent price and will be shared equally between all the tenants in the house. Only around 80£ per person with everything included (super fast broadband and TV included).

You pay one month's rent upfront.
The deposit is 6 weeks rent
We have a non-refundable admin fee of £150
Holding deposit £500 (which will be deducted from your 1st months’ rent when you move in)
Your landlords are NLA accredited and you get a proper assured short hold tenancy agreement and your deposit will be protected.
