The room comes fully furnished with a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a large wardrobe & 2 bedside cabinets.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer & microwave, juicer, blender, toaster…. . There is also a washing machine.

Excellent location literally on the doorstep of Horsley train station (direct connections to London Waterloo & Guildford) and a stone's throw from Horsley high street (with Budgens, coffee shops, restaurants, butchers, banks, Post Office, library, doctor's surgery and more).

There is a balcony.
The building has secure locked central entrance doors.

Bus stop close by, so easy to get to central Guildford, Dorking, Leatherhead…

The rent for a single person- £195.-, couples- £230- quoted for a week.

Additional charge for electricity according to consumption.

I am looking for responsible professionals (sorry no pets or children!).

Alternatively, I'm also happy to consider the room for fewer weekday nights and occasional occupancy for short term lets.
