Tendency Takeover

Hi all, I am posting this as ai am desperate for someone to take over my tendency at straits garden in egham as my circumstances have changed and I may not be able to afford the total cost. If anyone (or anyone you may know) is interested in a private solo stay for the next year or university please do be in touch. I have now been offered accommodation within the University, however, I cannot cancel my agreement as it’s outside of the 7 day window. It is a lovely studio flat, fully furnished, double bed, double wardrobe, bathroom with shower/sink/toilet, kitchenette with toaster/kettle/microwave/oven/hob/fridge freezer included. Please could someone be in touch with me as I am really stressing on how I am going to now afford it. Thank you.

This flat is located on the high street on the road with many shops, pubs, cafes. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Across the road are bus stops and it is just a 20 minute walk to the university.

Within the building there is:
- a private cinema room to book out if you’d like to sit back and relax
- an equipped gym if you’d like to work out.
- study areas if you’d prefer to get out of your room for a little while to study in a more quiet, zoned space.
- a games room where you can let yourself let lose whether it’s with friends you invited there, or those you met while staying
- a dining room where you can cook bigger meals, bake or even book out to celebrate a special occasion.
All included within your total tendency price.
