Semi detached house on quiet street in Central Egham. Short walk to High street and all amenities. 7 minute walk to train station Reading/Waterloo. A bus stop just outside on main road + a short journey with car to Heathrow. Close walk to Royal Holloway University. Comes with a designated parking space. A double bedroom available. Room is situated upstairs and comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an extra chest for storage and a storage box that can also double as a small table. Bathroom upstairs with bathtub (and shower). Sharing of "communal areas". Living room downstairs with sofas and large TV and DVD. Small garden at rear of house with a patio and garden furniture + BBQ. A nice and relaxing space in summertime. You will share the house with landlady and easy going dog. Hence not suitable for someone with pet allergy.
