Spacious Double Bedroom

Spacious double furnished with large wardrobe, drawers, bed and large desk. This south facing room catches the sun all day and provides a lovely ambiatic haven. All the house mates are super friendly and clean. There is a very friendly dog called Hugo that are always happy to see you that are additionally living here. The house is a 10 minute walk from the uni so ideal for students. There is a bus stop right outside the house and the train station is a 15 minute walk away. If you have a car the house has private driveway parking, along with plenty of roadside street parking.

The room is super cheap as its £410 pm, the water broadband and wifi is included in the rent so you only have gas and electric to pay for which usually comes to about £15 pm. The wifi is really fast and supports everyone in the house when they’re studying and gaming.

Some of the amenities of the house include washer machine, tumble dryer, smart tv in lounge, plenty of cupboard space, iron and ironing board, double sofa bed. The moving in date for the property would be 1st March. Only moving out as my work is in central London and is a long commute.
