A friendly older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking some evening meals each week, tidying, gardening, help with light household chores, plus the friendly and helpful reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom with ample wardrobe storage and own bathroom with use of kitchen and living space.

The property is in a lovely safe modern housing estate, there are buses a 12 min walk which go to Epsom [15 min ride away] Kingston upon Thames and Chessington. Ewell West is a 7 min drive away with regularly trains to Waterloo.

The person’s interests include listening to Radio 4, reading the Telegraph/Daily Mail, watching films and holiday and quiz programmes. They also like doing crosswords.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
