It is located a short walk from Epsom train station (zone 6, Oyster available) so is ideal for someone who is commuting but wants to live somewhere quieter with lots of green space (we are a 2 minute walk from Epsom Common).
It is a large, bright, fully furnished room downstairs in a 4 bedroom house. We are a relaxed couple with a very friendly Cocker spaniel (Bo) - so you must be ok with dogs. One of our sons also currently lives with us, but is leaving soon to travel for two months.
We both work, so generally like to just relax in the evenings.
You will have use of the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom and garden). These are kitted out with everything you need.
We are looking for someone relaxed and tidy.
There is a large driveway and free on street parking if you need someone to park
Initially it will be a 4 month contract with potential to extend longer.
