This is a spacious, newly decorated and furnished double bedroom in a really nice, large 3 bedroom ground floor apartment. You will have your own luxury bathroom and you will also have your own designated parking space right outside.

There is a large kitchen which is great to hang out in while cooking. Usual facilities include, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. I have super fast broadband. I can provide bedding and towels for your use.

Will possibly consider 7 days a week at £700 per month.

This is a quiet area with lots of green open spaces for walking, running, cycling. Horton Park is just across the road. David Lloyd health club is a short walk away and has great fitness facilities. We are a short walk from Tesco Express and a Pharmacy. There is a regular bus service to Epsom and the station at Epsom takes Oyster. West Ewell train station (zone 6) is a 10 minute drive away with parking.
