Singel Room in Epsom

Nice clean room with all essentials provided. Calm atmosphere only 2 polite people in the house. This house is Quiet. No smokers no alcohol or drug users please, and no family staying over with you in that room unless discussed with us in advance. This room is only for one person in general. We have a garage and garden where you could keep suitcases or bicycle. Parking by the house is free. The house is big so there is big possibility that we would not even see one another. Internet and all other bills are included. You can use washing mashine drier and iron and ironing desk whenever you like. Train station is 10 min walk ( connects you with Victoria London Bridge or Dorking), Bus stop is just on the next street about 3 minutes walk from the house. We will be happy to find somebody polite that wants to save money for their deposit to buy their 1st house or a full time student. We also can let you this room Monday - Friday for less money. Room has a door lock. And house has 24/7 monitoring Aldo the naiborhood is very safe anyway.
