46 inch TV in bedroom may have Sky Multiroom installed so you can enjoy the same entertainment as you would get in the living room if you don't fancy watching on the large screen 🍿🎥

Living room has a large L shape sofa to relax and put your feet up. Get comfy and watch TV which has Sky package, Sky Cinema, Netflix 4K, Amazon Prime video and Disney+ so there's ALWAYS something to watch on the stunning 65" OLED. Set the mood with Philips Hue and unwind. Room for a larger desk if needed or working from home. Connect devices to the internet via superfast Virgin Media fibreoptic broadband.

Garden I am currently in the slow process of working on but hopefully something to use when completed.

About me:
Very easy going and laid back. I work in head office for local Civil Engineering company Mon-Fri. May spend time away due to other commitments. I enjoy keeping fit in my free time. I like to go out socially every now and then but also a quiet evening after a long day!

I want whoever moves in to feel at home with access to the whole flat with the main purpose of feeling comfortable! If you fancy a chat, that's great or if you'd rather a quiet evening then this is also fine with me.

About the area:
Next to West End Common - which is lovely to explore in your free time. As well as the common you have Garson's Farm if you fancy picking fresh fruit and veg!

If you like to indulge in an alcoholic beverage or several, then I can recommended the Prince of Wales pub which is nice quiet pub and very close to stumble home from! (2 minutes or so sober and maybe 7 inebriated 🍻) If you like something a bit livelier then further up the road on Esher high street you'll find The Bear which can get pretty busy on a Friday.
