Room rent includes all usual bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, Wireless Broadband, TV Licence for communal area TV. Also covered is weekly cleaning of communal areas, bathrooms, kitchen etc, and regular garden and house maintenance by landlords or our DIY man. Laundry facilities* - *currently free washing machine at our discretion, small coin charge for tumble dryer. We encourage efficient use of machines so we also provide outdoor dryer when weather is suitable.

So - you know where you stand each month with one monthly rental charge. Also, we hold our room prices for each house sharer for a minimum of 12 months.
