This spacious ground floor apartment is a 20 minute walk from town and the train station, and easily accessed by public transport with a bus stop up the road. It has a front and back garden perfect for a drink outside in the summer. There are three sheds in the garden so plenty of room to store a bike. One of the sheds has a large freezer which also acts as our wine cellar. Parking is free on the road outside and there are two car parks available for residents and visitors.

The bedroom is a large light double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and armchair. It also has: a desk, 3 plug sockets, bookshelf, and mirror. A brand new Dreams mattress has just been put on the bed which has storage space underneath.

The lounge is fully furnished with a comfy sofa and armchairs around a large coffee table perfect for putting wine and nibbles on. The rather old fashioned looking gas fire is in perfect working order and keeps you extra cosy in the winter. A dining table and two chairs also fit in the lounge for a la carte dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an additional coffee machine, slow cooker and wine rack.

I am a young female professional who is seeking another young professional who is super clean and tidy. I work 9-5 out of the house, but love to chill in the lounge in the evenings and go to the local pubs at the weekend.
