The annexe space is connected to the all adult main house and located on a quiet prime road with local amenities, bus stop at either ends of road, short distance to town centre, 0.6 miles to train station with great links to London, Brighton etc. Other Nearest Train Stations: Aldershot 3.4 miles, Bentley (Hants) 3.4 miles

The town also lies on the A31 connecting Guildford and the A3 to the east and Winchester to the west. A331 (blackwater valley link road) provides dual-carriageway access to the M3 in the north.

Not suitable for couples, children or working from home basis - must travel to work.
