A warm welcome awaits you at my home which is a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house just off Little Green Lane. I am a retired Nurse. I have many interests including voluntary work. I love having lodgers. My current housemate is a young Professional Italian woman of Moroccan descent, who is studying and working full time.

The 'D' tax band house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac on the south side of Farnham. From the rear of the property there is a spectacular view overlooking the valley in which Farnham town can be viewed to the North East, and the setting sun can be witnessed to the North West in the evening.

There is ample car parking available close to the property in an unrestricted car park. There are bus stops nearby for joining the route into Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Whitehill and Bordon.

The property has a downstairs toilet and washbasin which is located at the front of the house as soon as you step in through the front door, via the porch.
I have cooking and washing facilities, with fridge and freezer space for you to utilise. The bathroom is upstairs and is shared. There is a conservatory at the rear of the house.

The North facing spacious furnished double room is currently occupied by me but I am quite happy to move into the single room to accommodate a potential housemate who wants to rent a larger space. Both of the back bedrooms command an absolutely splendid view of Farnham and the Wey Valley to East and West. The double room contains a huge walk-in wardrobe as well as a spacious cupboard with floor to ceiling shelves. The wardrobe and cupboard have mirror doors which further accentuates the space and light. The rate for this room is £700 pcm for single occupancy (which equates to £8,400pa, or roughly £162.00 per week. The rate for this room if occupied by a couple is £1,000.00 pcm (which equates to £12,00pa or roughly £230.77 per week.) I am not currently looking for a couple, so please only contact me if you are single.

The South facing double room is conveniently located next to the bathroom. It has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and corner unit. The rate for this room is £530pcm for single occupancy (which equates to £6,360pa, or £122.31 per week. The rate I charge for this room if occupied by a couple is £780pcm (which equates to £9,360pa or £180 per week.) It is currently occupied by my friendly young housemate, as described above.

The third bedroom is single, North facing, and it also shares the fantastic view. This room is compact and is more suitable for someone who wants accommodation from Monday to Friday, or someone on a temporary basis (who only has light weight clothes to hang up). The rate for this room is £430pcm which equates to £5,160pa, or £99.23 per week.

I do love a harmonious household such that I am only prepared to share my home with people who are friendly, with whom there is an affinity and compatibility, and who are respectful of others.

You will be asked to sign a lodger agreement. A fortnight's notice would be required should you wish to terminate the lodging relationship.
