2 double rooms available to rent close to Frimley Park Hospital (12 min walk).

We accept and prefer short turn stays, but we would consider a long term stay. Ideal for someone training at Frimley Park Hospital due to the short distance walk.

* Room 1 is set up as a bedsit with a single bed, chair and desk.
* Room 2 has a king size bed with a large desk.

The house has a big shared kitchen.

My husband and I live in a 4 bed house. We both stay in the room with an ensuite and are looking to let the 2 double bedrooms, the 4th bedroom has a mini fridge and kettle station for guests.

My husband and I are both easy going working professionals between the ages of 33 and 38. We would prefer professionals to stay with us.

The layout of the upper floor splits at the top of the stairs. The room with the ensuite is to the right, the other 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom is to the left. This means tenants will have full use of the left side of the house on the first floor, plus the downstairs kitchen.
