Bright room in friendly home – bills included

I'm renting out a room in my home in Frimley. It's a single or double room - the bed pulls out from single to double depending on how much floor space you want.

I'd love to find someone who's (on occasion) up for cooking together, hosting the occasional dinner party, spontaneous wine nights, and genuinely being part of the home but who also wants time alone and their independence. If that sounds like your idea of a good living situation, keep reading.

The house is in Frimley, quiet neighbourhood, great transport links - M3 on the doorstep, Farnborough and Camberley both close by. All bills included so zero faff on that front. The room has lots of storage, there's a dedicated car parking space and there's a lovely garden out back that's perfect for a morning coffee, an evening wind-down, or hosting.

About me: I work in leadership & talent development, run a coaching business and a book club on the side, and I'm currently training to be a yoga teacher. I'm basically always got something on the go and I love being around people who are the same - entrepreneurs, creatives, side-hustle queens and kings, people who think a bit differently and actually have stuff to say at the dinner table. If you've got that energy, we'll get on brilliantly.

Oh, and you'll be sharing the house with Tarot (cat, chaotic, obsessed with attention) and Ives (my dog who i co-parent). They're both incredible and will absolutely give you lots of cuddles.

Non-smoker here and ideally you are too.

I'm flexible on move-in date so we can make timing work.
