I have a room available for rent in my 3 bedroom home.

The room is beautifully furnished to a high standard (newly painted and decorated) with fitted wardrobes and a new double bed and mattress, there is also a TV point. The family bathroom would be for your sole use.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you would have your own fridge/freezer and cupboard and of course use of the communal areas, lounge, dining room, conservatory, garden. There is off street parking for 2 cars.

This would be a home from home as I live here with my 2 cats and dog.

Virgin TV (in the lounge) Broadband, Council Tax (if applicable), TV Licence and Utility bills are included.

My home is located in a quiet estate and is approximately 20 minutes walk to Frimley Park Hospital, Siemens and Frimley Railway Station. There is a Tesco's express, Chemist and Pizza place on the estate.
