The studio is light airy and warm, located on the top floor of our family home. We are a young couple with a five year old child. The studio is self contained with it's own "front" door with shared access through our house and use of a washing machine. It is newly converted with good quality fittings and sound insulation to modern standards. It is in a beautiful, peaceful location right next to Charterhouse woods with lovely views and wildlife including birds, deer, foxes etc.

It has a separate small bedroom area and stone tiled shower with a toilet and sink. The main living are has a self contained kitchen with a combi oven and hob with fridge - plus a sofa with room to relax.

We would require you not to park on our road as there is very little space - but parking on surrounding streets is possible. We live a 10-15 minute walk away from Godalming town centre and train station and there is a bus stop a 5 minute walk away on Charterhouse road. Bike storage is possible in our shed.

No smoking or pets. Only single people need apply. Friends/family members may visit or stay over but not on a regular basis please . As it is our family home we would ask you to respect our enjoyment of the property by not playing loud music or having late guests - and likewise we will do the same. We would also need to know who is coming in and out of our home (a child protection issue).
