This is a large double bedroom with a really comfortable king-size bed. It gets loads of sunshine and has amazing views over the surrey hills. There is also plenty of storage available.

It's an attractive Victorian semi detached house set out over four floors. We have a modern kitchen, with an open plan dining room, which has a wood burning stove. The sitting room has an attractive bay window and an open fireplace. We have a lovely garden with colourful plants and flowers. This is the ideal place to sit, eat and entertain! We're also very close (0.25 of a mile) from the High Street and approximately half a mile to the station (Waterloo 46 minutes).

You'd be living with a young family! Steve, Jen and little Oscar. We are a very warm, welcoming lot and would want to make you feel very at home. Oscar is very sweet and smiley. Steve is a teacher and Jen is a busy stay at home mum. The room includes all bills which also includes a cleaner that comes bi-weekly.
