It is ideal for a country lover as it has beautiful views, a large garden with terrace, and is a short walk from the River Wey. The rugby club and Farncombe Leisure Centre are also within walking distance. It is a 20-minute walk through Broadwater Park to Farncombe railway station. The new lodger must be an animal lover – a small dog lives in the house. Off-road parking is available nearby. Please note that the room is not suitable for couples. Single non-smoker only.
