The lodge

A one-bedroom lodge with terrace and shared garden within easy walking distance of the River Wey and Farncombe station is available for a single professional person/hardworking student in Godalming. The Lodge is suitable for home working.

It is a large self-contained annexe to the main house offering a large kitchen/dining/living room, a double bedroom, a separate study/spare room, and a generous bathroom with shower and bath.

There is, a bbq area and storage for a bicycle. The rent is £950 per calendar month including council tax, broadband and water bills. The electricity is metered and paid monthly. There is a shared washing machine available in another outbuilding..

The lodge is available for a single non-smoker. One cat is welcome. The lodger must be an animal lover – two small dogs live in the main house.

This lodge is ideal for a country lover as it has beautiful views over a shared garden. The rugby club and Farncombe Leisure Centre are also nearby. It is a 20-minute walk through Broadwater Park to Farncombe railway station.

A CV is required BEFORE viewing and two references plus proof of employment and salary are essential. A deposit of one month’s rent is required.
