There are two large double rooms to rent on a quiet road in the heart of Guildford. One of the bedrooms is at the front of the house and the other is at the back overlooking the garden.

The two rooms are available as we are a couple and have decided to rent a flat together elsewhere in Guildford. We have very much enjoyed living here for almost 3 years. The move in date for both rooms is flexible between mid August and early September.

The house is located next to Tesco and close to Surrey University, Surrey Sports Park, Royal Surrey County Hospital and the Surrey Research Park. The A3 is a minute away from the house. Guildford station and the town centre are a 30-35 minute walk away.

Both of the rooms to rent are upstairs. They are both fully furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed. The house has one bathroom, which is shared with the other tenants as well as a shared living room and kitchen. The remaining tenant is a professional male.

The garden is maintained by a gardener who comes once a week. There is no additional charge outside rent for this service. There are two parking spaces on the driveway for the tenants to use as well as plenty of on street parking outside the house, no permit required.

Rent is £400 per month. This does not include bills. I would budget an additional around £100 per month for bills.

The interested individual must be a relatively clean and tidy professional and respectful of others in the house. Unfortunately no students.
