THE ROOM
*** Lovely light double room on the first floor floor with double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk. The room has wired internet, high speed wifi and a TV point.

Sharing a bathroom with ONLY ONE other person. The modern shower room has a high quality Grohe shower and quality fittings and is cleaned for you by the cleaner every week.

THE HOUSE
The house is newly refurbished and has:
*** Open-plan lounge/kitchen dining area with Samsung 42" flat-screen TV, Virgin cable TV, Blu-ray player, sofa, table and chairs, perfect for sharing a glass of wine at dinner or watching a football match. Patio doors to garden.
*** Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, microwave, 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, cooking and eating equipment. All you need to supply is bedding and towels
*** 150Mb broadband, Ethernet points in all the rooms, wi-fi throughout the house

Room fully furnished, lovely views to the garden. Quiet and friendly housemates. Good cleaning service once per week. Enough room in fridges for every room. Good appliances in kitchen and laundry room. But the really best thing for us has been the excellent attention provided by our landlords.
