I'm having to leave Guildford so am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy. The room is massive and has a double bed, shower and washing machine inside.
Upstairs lounge is a good size and sociable leads out to a small garden. Nice kitchen. Current housemates are Uni of Surrey students. All friendly, courteous and polite.
