4 bedroom house, House SItter Wanted

We have a 4 bedroom recently fully modernized and extended family home, fully furnished, new floorings on all levels, new bathrooms, new furniture, the whole lot etc.

We are moving abroad for work and looking for the right person(s) to look after the house and enjoy the space while we are away. Downstairs floor space is approx. 60m2 for kitchen, dining, utility and living room areas, so ample space for working from home, etc.

There are 4 bedrooms, the largest has an en-suite with bath and shower and a super-king sized bed, a Juliette balcony.

Two other double bedrooms with king sized beds and the 4th bedroom is currently a study / baby room.

Garden is very large too, just been re-turfed. Approx. 20 m length and 9 m wide.

The most important thing for this let is to find an individual/family that will respect the space, make the most of living here so we have little to worry about while we are away.
