Room is available from end of august!

Home is a located in a quiet close and backs onto a common with an abundance of walking routes right from your front door. Garden has been designed with seating area and dining area which you are welcome to use for friends to come over. There is also a BBQ! Main living room has both TV with Netflix and Sky TV which will be included in the bills you pay. You’ll also find loads of books and a record player you are welcome to use. Parking is available in the close but on a first come first serve basis.

There are currently two working professionals and Vet Student living here (with her dog who is friendly and will probably become your best mate!).

Broadband is with Virgin fibre and there are hotspots in the rooms where you can connect directly to the Ethernet.

You’ll be expected to clean your own room weekly and contribute to the cost of cleaning the communal rooms (£40 per month).

The local co-op is a short 10 minutes away on foot and the bus stop directly into Guildford town centre is less than 5 minutes walk. You’ll also easily be able to get to the station in about 30 minutes by bus (London direct from guildford is 30 minutes on the fastest train) and can get to the world class Surrey sports park in 10 minutes by car. The University of Surrey Is 30 minutes walk away. There are also AONB and the South Downs less than half an hour away by car. Tesco superstore is 30minutes walk/5 minutes by car.

Bedroom 1- £670per month bills included.
This room has a desk, wardrobe and bed with storage and a chair. There is an en-suite with a toilet, shower and basin available for sole use. The only bill not included is cleaning for the communal areas.
