We are looking for a quiet, independent, easy going, clean and tidy professional or mature student who is happy living with three cute and friendly Spaniel dogs and a cat. We are a professional family who work full time, our son is at university and has his own rooms.

The room
Double, the bedroom has a double bed and fitted cupboard. smart TV, shelves desk, chair and armchair. The large bathroom with has both a shower and a bath is only shared with 1 person.

The House
built in 1890 and extended twice, the house is a 5 bedroom house. we offer use of modern kitchen (with microwave oven, Double electric oven and hob, dishwasher), with your own fridge and cupboard space, shared use of Washing Machine , garden, unlimited Wi-Fi broadband, House is centrally heated and double glazed.

Cost of room
£700 room, with off road parking, shared use bathroom with 1 other person and shared use of the kitchen and garden with everyone. All the utility bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband) are included in the monthly rent (no phone Landline).

Commute
The property is ideal for the motorway network with quick access to the A3 (1/4 mile away) and the M25 (10 miles away).
London Road (Guildford) and Guildford stations are nearby with trains to Waterloo with a journey time of 35 minutes.
Driveway available for your use.
Bus stop to Guildford, Kingston, Cobham, Surbiton etc is a short walk away.

The area
This house is ideal for someone who loves the fresh air, as the house sits on Sutherland memorial park with tennis courts etc. Burpham is on the edge of the Guildford conurbation and is surrounded by fields, farmland, forest, and open space. Great if you enjoy the outdoors, running, cycling etc. There is a Large Sainsbury’s, Aldi and a parade of shops a few minutes’ walk away
