DEPOSIT AND FEES:
1. There are no administration, check in or exit fees.
2. The holding deposit is £195. This will secure the room for you and will form part of the security deposit or rent when you move in.
3. The security deposit is 1 months rent secured by the government approved 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme' and covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.
