The other tenants are all young professional people working around Guildford.

The room is on the ground floor and fully furnished including a double bed with mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It is slightly larger than the one shown.

You will be sharing the bathroom with just 2 other people.

There are 7 bedrooms in the house, sharing 2 bath rooms.

The garden is Large and private with patio and garden furniture. Bicycles can be stored in the big shed. There is off street parking for 1/2 cars and plenty of additional parking on the road.

The house is in a very quiet road facing a green and close to the bus stop, shops and a pub.

The rent includes all bills and fast Vodafone broadband. The house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.

This is a non smoking house.

There are no additional fees.

We are looking for professional people or post grad students. We are professional landlords with a great team of tradespeople on hand to deal with any maintenance issues as they arise.
