Hi there,
I am moving back to Australia in June and looking for someone to take over my lease in my amazing apartment in Central Guildford.
Just off North St and 2 minutes from town, 10 minute walk from Guildford and London Bridge Stations and 20 minutes from Surrey Uni our home is in the ideal location.
The room is off the kitchen with it's own private corridor and toilet. The room is furnished with a king size bed and draws. Can be unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own things.
There is a large kitchen, and upstairs a full bathroom and loft living room. Your housemates will be a couple in there 20's who work Monday to Fridays, love travelling and cooking.
The lease would be until September 27 with move in anytime in June.
