We have a spacious double bedroom available in a friendly, sociable professional house share in Guildford.
The house is within easy distance of the town centre, research park, university and sports park. It also has fast access to the A3 and beyond. If you have a car, we have plenty of off street parking and the road itself its free parking at all times.
We are looking for a friendly housemate (preferably female) to join us, ideally someone who is relaxed, sociable and will spend time in the communal areas of the house - although we also are understanding of the need for personal space!
The room is available on a minimum 6 month let starting from 1st June - all bills (except wifi & TV licence) are included in the rent.
Bathroom is shared with 3 others and kitchen is shared between the whole house.
Kitchen comes fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also a large back garden, perfect for summer BBQs!
