I'm looking for a mature professional to join the household. Essential that the new housemate is mature and reasonable and can work together with the rest of the house to ensure it remains a quiet, clean and friendly environment. The house has good amenities and is in a good location.
The only additions to the rent will be; broadband, gas and electricity. The rent includes council tax, water and TV license. Typically you will be looking at around an extra £40 - £50 per month, depending on the time of year.
The parking permit for the new tenant would cost £80 for the year; the parking spaces are bays in the street.
