The large and light space is split with one end set to a bedroom and the opposite end set to a living room. The space is the whole of the 2nd floor of the property

The space is available fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, three piece suite, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The room benefits from a 55inch flat screen TV with surround sound, BluRay player, access to Sky TV, Netflix and Sky Broadband.

The living space is at the top of the house and has it's own staircase off the main landing.

Access to the kitchen in the main part of the house is welcomed, qlthough there is a fridge with kettle, toaster and microwave in the living space.

Whilst the room does not have an ensuite on the same level, exclusive use of the main bathroom will be included. The bathroom has a whirlpool bath with shower over.

The location of the property lends itself well to healthcare workers due to its close links to East Surrey Hospital, as well as airport workers and cabin crew as the bus route direct to Gatwick runs from the end of the road. The property is just a 10 minute walk to the middle of town.
