Parking is on street permit parking and available through Banstead and Reigate at£50 per year . Flat is a 10 minute walk from Horley station and 20 min walk to Gatwick South Terminal.
Smokers welcome but no smoking inside the premises.
Rent is currently £650 and a 2 weeks deposit is required with a 6 month contract at a time. The flat has just undergone a full refurbishment and the carpets are now dark grey.
