LOCATION:

The property is a beautiful 17th century barn conversion set in 3.5 acres of beautiful surrey countryside less than 10 minutes from Reigate town centre, Horley town centre and Gatwick airport.

The property is less than 5 minutes from Salfords (Surrey) train station which goes into various London stations in less than 40 minutes.

THE PROPERTY BEING LET:

We are renting out the annex to the barn which is independent from the main barn, it has its own private entrance and features a double bedroom with build in wardrobes and cupboards, en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen (with hob, microwave, fridge and freezer), breakfast bar and lounge with sofa and wide screen TV.

MAIN HOUSE AND GROUNDS:

You will not have access to the main house but in addition to the annex, you will have access to the grounds which include a sunken garden with pond and fountain, large patio, large paddocks that contain llamas and private access to the river Mole. You may also see our friendly cats and guinea fowl that roam the grounds.
