Lovely double room, fantastic location!

I have lived in this flat for three years and I love it! It's a bijou, well presented 2nd floor flat, in a safe and welcoming area. There is a shared open-plan kitchen and lounge and a surprisingly large bathroom. The available double bedroom with a double wardrobe offers excellent storage. I'm hoping to find someone who is a professional, easy going and kind. As the flat is cosy, communication over guests is ideal and socialising away from the flat is preferred. That's easy though as it's just a 7 minute walk from the flat into Kingston town which has a vast array of shops and restaurants, with a Sainsbury's superstore helpfully located between. In the other direction it's a 20 minute picturesque bus journey to Richmond, with bus stops for either direction just a stones throw from the flat (the 65 bus is also a night bus). One of my favourite aspects of the location is the river Thames - a 3 minute walk away at the bottom of the road. Particularly in the summer months, it's a hub for local events, such as music, boat races, fetes and outdoor cinema.
Additionally, I work in central and find the choice of tube and national rail invaluable during strikes and works. If you think it would suit you, I'd love to hear from you!

* I took on rental of the flat as unfurnished (apart from the beds which the landlord installed). The rest of the furniture belongs to me, which I will happily continue to provide until the end of my tenancy.
