Very close to Norbiton station , 5 mins walk to Kingston hospital and walking distance to Kingston town centre.
All rooms are en suite in this huge house with double bed, own fridge freezer, laminate floor throughout.
Entire property was recently refurbished. Large kitchen to share only(never crowded) including 2 washing machines,1 dryer,2 hobs and ovens and a lot of cabinet space. once fortnightly cleaner for kitchen and common areas and weekly rubbish recycling etc all inclusive. All bills inclusive (gas central heating, water, council tax, high speed internet) except for electricity for the room only (separate key meter) average £15 month. Current five housemates are all clean and quiet working professionals who all get on with each other at the same time respect each others space and looking for similar person.
