hi! im looking to sublet my room at bright house over summer. bills are all included (just pay rent). it has a ensuite toilet, is furnished, and the kitchen is shared with 6 other lovely flatmates. there are 2 washers and dryers (paid with coins). the area is relatively quiet and safe. the room is on the third floor and is not facing the main road so its much quieter.
ideal for kingston university students as it is extremely near to the penrhyn road campus/townhouse and it is a 10 minute walk to knights park campus. it is also very near to kingston town centre itself. there is an option to rebook the same room for sept 2022-2023 if youd like (email the management).
do note: tenant must be a student!
