We have a double bedroom available in spacious four bedroom flat on Surbiton Road. Superb location halfway between Kingston and Surbiton train stations with bus stops and shops minutes away.

Parking is available through permit parking. You just have to apply to Kingston Council.

Current housemates are 2 girls and 1 guy. We're tidy and chilled out. Looking for a professional to move in. We all work full time, but collectively hang out because we have a large living room, watch movies and socialise.

We are looking for someone wanting to be part of our awesome home and not treat the flat like a hotel. We are happy to consider professionals and postgraduate students, so long as you would be willing to pay your share of the council tax.

The rent for the room is £525 per month. With bills this usually amounts to £619.76! This can change depending on utility usage.
