Situated in a quiet cul de sac between Kingston centre and Surbiton, close to the river (4 mins walk), and Surbiton station (8 mins walk), 15 mins walk to the centre of Kingston. Less than 100 yards to bus stop for all buses between Kingston and Surbiton/Tolworth/Chessington

The room contains a double bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair, radiator

The garden has table and chairs and a garage with room for bicycles. Parking is available off street and on street

Rent includes council tax, water rates, gas, electricity and wireless internet access - but not TV licence. Rent also includes cleaning of common parts by a professional cleaner once a week.

This is a shared house. Members have a range of interests: computing, design, travel etc. The house has a washing machine, dryer and clothes line.
