ABOUT US
We are two single professionals. My flatmate is Italian and works in media, I am a French and working in technology. My flatmate is very busy working and enjoys relaxing at home in a quiet and clean environment. During my time off I surf, longboard, run, game and read. I am a very positive person with experience living with flatmates, and enjoy interacting with people in a fair, communicative and respectful way. I am quite tidy, quiet, do not party at home, and am away a few months a year for work or on holidays. This is a nice and comfortable home and we are looking for someone with similar values and who would appreciate such a place.

THE DEAL
- Quality Ensuite Double Room in a premium location in Kingston
- £700 rent per month, excluding bills
- £150 bills per month (including all, i. e. council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning products)
- 1 month rent and bills deposit
- Rent paid monthly and in advance, on direct debit
- Bills paid monthly and in advance, on direct debit
