We are located only two minutes walk away from Norbiton railway station, so it's ideal for anyone commuting into London and the surrounding area.

For students, the location provides easy access to Kingston University's two sites (please note that I would require a retainer to cover the rental period until the start of the academic year in September).

As the property is a large 5-bedroom house over 3 floors, you'll have plenty of your own space as well as well as use of communal areas. Facilities include a large well-equipped kitchen/dining area, shared bathroom, a guests' living room (with Virgin Media TV) as well as a good sized garden that lodgers are welcome to use.
