A lovely bright en-suite room is available less than a 5 minutes walk from Norbiton train station with direct trains to Waterloo.

The room has ample storage and includes, bed, mattress, drawers, and wardrobe. The room has plantation shutters fitted as well enhancing the look and feel of the room.

The room rate includes all bills (water, electricity, wireless broadband internet, council tax, service charge, and TV license) with nothing extra to pay and you will also have use of a communal kitchen with a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The room is en-suite which has its own toilet, basin and shower enclosure.


The room is in a new build apartment block. It is a 10-minute walk to Kingston town center one way and beautiful Richmond Park the other.

You will be sharing the 2 bedroom flat with myself and my partner Ami, we are respectful and considerate housemates and looking for a likeminded person to move in. The household is a rather quiet one but you will always find us up for any excuse to go to the pub!

This room would suit a full time professional looking for good transport links into London.
