Two nice rooms in a shared flat in a gated property - super convenient location.

Room one: Slightly smaller room but with a double bed and built in closet. We also have a small folding desk & chair available to be added. The room is light and airy, and looks out on the garden. Naturally the current decorations can be removed.

Room 2: This room is a big and spacious room- with a king size bed (complete with bedside tables, lamps), closets (closet space can be created),

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The kitchen has lots of shelve space, shared fridge, kitchen ware. Modern bathroom.

Shared light living room with large windows, couches, TV and a larger dining table. The building has a shared roof top for all residents, and we have a balcony overlooking a large garden.

The flat a 5 minute walk away from Norbiton station, and buses 85/78/371/213/K2/K3 all stop nearby. Its a 5-10 minutes walk to the beautiful Richmond Park, and a 15 minute walk into Kingston town centre.

The living room has been decorated by an interior designer. Flat is kept tidy (all round wooden floors (apart from tiles in kitchen and bathroom). We are looking for people that are very considerate of others and keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.

We will consider applications from couples for an additional fee.

No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the building- unless its outside the building.

Note: There is a strong noise curfew within the property after 7pm until 8:30 am.
