Available is a furnished double Bedroom, with shared living, kitchen and bathroom. It is a lovely Edwardian 2 bedroom flat with a little garden . All is very cosy, and clean.

Currently owned by a couple. We are live in Landlords aged 26 and 30. We both work in London. We are active, social, and clean, we do love a cup of tea/glass of wine- good quiz/board game and films! Having said We can be very busy during the week, so you will have a lot of your own time and space. We do have a little grey cat who lives with us but he is very well behaved.

We are looking for someone with who is friendly, clean and tidy.

It is a 10 minute walk to the very beautiful Kingston town, a very short bus ride/15-20 min walk to Surbiton Station which has direct trains to going to London Waterloo which take less than 20 mins.

We are open to Monday -Friday and also short term.
