House currently occupied by professional couple (30+) and single professional (25+) who are both on second floor (this room is on the third floor)

This room is for a professional male/female only (1 person, no couples).

Bedroom on unoccupied third floor alongside bathroom.

The bathroom (pictured) is split with single professional, but for shower use only. Current occupying single professional has their own en-suite toilet and the other couple have a full en-suite.

Transport: No more than two mins walk to major bus stop. No more than five mins walk to the train station with lines to Guildford and London. No more than seven mins walk to town centre. Two mins drive to M25 junction (9).

Seeking:

No smoking inside house, but outside is fine.

Tenancy - No weekends

Two current tenants are allergic to nuts. Will not suit tenant who cooks or stores nut-based ingredients especially in communal fridge, but a previous tenant did eat nuts in their room, which was fine.
