Quiet double room to rent in my flat in Leatherhead. The flat will be shared with me and includes use of shared living room, kitchen, bathroom. I have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean shared areas. There is free street parking. Town centre and shops are 5min walk. Train station with good access to London is 10min walk. Rental costs include all bills. The room has a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and can be furnished or non-furnished depending on tenants requirements.

I am 44 yr old male who works in Surrey. I don't have any pets. I'm interested in sharing my flat with someone who enjoys conversation but also enjoys their own private time. I keep the flat clean and tidy as you can see from the pictures.
