Your room is in a modern flat (light and sunny all year round) in a very quiet private road. Only 5 minutes walk to Leatherhead railway station (frequent trains to both London Victoria and Waterloo) and 10 minutes walk to the town centre where a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants available.

You’ll have use of a well-equipped kitchen (with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine) and dining area. There is a spacious lounge with a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink with a great view on Surrey Hills.

You will share the flat with only one working professional, language and literature teacher. It's very much an independent household. All bills are included in your monthly rent. (gas, electricity, water, council tax and superfast wifi).

The ideal flatmate is a working professional, friendly with a good sense of humour. Reference and ID are required.
